- Tell us the systems. A database, equipment that reports in, an internal tool, a process nobody else runs. What's in it, and what should come out the other end.
- We scope the pipeline. Which parts are already connectors, which need to be built, what the agents in between do. You get a plain description and a price for the build.
- It's built in your account. As ordinary Emidox agents on your canvas, with the bespoke connection underneath. Nothing hidden, nothing you can't open.
- You keep the prompts. When the job's done the agents are yours to edit like any other. The connection stays maintained under a retainer if you want one.
Emidox's own plans stay as they are — the integration is the only thing quoted.
What counts as your own systems
- A database or CRM that isn't one of the connectors on the left menu.
- Equipment and sensors — anything that reports in on a schedule and needs reading, not just storing.
- An internal tool your team lives in, where the result should land.
- A legacy export — the spreadsheet someone produces every Friday that nobody reads.
- A process with rules that exist only in one person's head, and should exist in a prompt instead.
